RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

Entrance Policies
In the interest of our guests safety, the following items may not be brought into the Event:

  • Umbrellas
  • Laser Pointers
  • Alcohol or beverages of any kind
  • Outside Food or Coolers
  • Video or Audio recording devices
  • Large bags may be checked at the entrance gates.

Camera Policy
The camera policy varies from show to show. We do not have a policy prohibiting cameras however, many artists and licensing agreements do. Some artists have requests such as no flash or pictures only in the first three songs. The camera policy for the show will be announced at the beginning of the performance and will be enforced. You can also call the Main Office the day of the show to check on the policy for the current attraction.

Readmittance
Any guests leaving must have their ticket stub with them and will be asked to show it for readmittance. Guests not in compliance with this process will not be allowed back in the theater.

Wheelchair Access
Please call the Box Office for wheelchair accessible seating available. It is extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please notify the Box Office of handicap seating requirements when purchasing tickets.

Handicap Accessible Parking
There are handicap accessible parking spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Children
Every patron attending a West Branch Music Department production must have a ticket regardless of age, unless the event is free.

Pagers/Watch Alarm/Cellular Phones Courtesy Reminder
For the courtesy of those around you and the performers, please silence all cell phones, pagers, and other electronic dvices before the performance begins. If you are expecting an emergency call, please leave your seat location with the potential caller. Upon arrival, please leave your name and seat location at the Box Office. Guests cannot be paged during a performance.

Lost & Found
If you have lost an item, please visit our Box Office or call the Box Office during our business hours.

Parking
There is no charge for parking.  

Food, Drinks, and Concessions
Concessions are available during some of our productions, but not all. No food or drink is permitted in the WB Community Auditorium. No outside food or drink is permitted in any venue, unless required for special dietary needs. For attraction specific questions, please call the Box Office.

Returns\Exchanges
There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES for tickets sold.  If you are unable to attend an event you may contact the Box Office for a possible credit.  But no Refunds will be issued.
